The Phils are up in the Great White North for a three game set against the Toronto Blue Jays. The big story of the weekend will be Roy Halladay's start on Saturday, but they've got a game today before that highly-anticipated homecoming takes place.
Kyle Kendrick (4-4, 3.23) will make a spot start and have the unenviable task of dealing with Jose Bautista. He'll take on Ricky Romero (7-7, 2.74) who has held current Phillies to a .206 BA and a paltry .235 slugging percentage.
First pitch scheduled for the strange 1:07 pm. They're weird like that in Canada, eh? Or maybe just punctual. Phillies games never start exactly on time anyway.
