Cole’s Struggles Against the Mets Continue

Apr 7, 2011, 4:23 PM EDT

The Phillies lost their first game of the season on Tuesday night. They are not eliminated from playoff contention. Cole Hamels arm did not fall off. The world is not ending.

That said, Cole Hamels did not have a good evening on the mound. It was an awful third inning that cost him as he gave up six runs and was pulled after 2 2/3rds.
