The Fightins continue their three-game series with the Mariners out at Safeco Field tonight, while, the Eastern Conference-leading Union are out in riotous Vancouver to take on their last place football club.
In the action on the diamond, "King" Felix Hernandez (7-5, 3.30)—the American League's reigning Cy Young Award winner—takes on Vance Worley (2-1, 3.75), who is making his first big league appearance since a disaster outing against the Mets on May 29. A few hours north, the Union (6-3-4) look to maintain the points pace in the East versus the Whitecaps FC (1-6-8).
Both contests get under way after 10:00 p.m. here on the east coast.
