After saying as recently as yesterday that Dom Brown needed more at-bats, the Phillies have changed their minds and have called up Dom Brown while Shane Victorino spends some time on the DL.
Other moves made today include recalling David Herndon and optioning Scott Mathieson. Joe Blanton will not hit the DL pile just yet after all, but could be placed there prior to his next start.
