"We won the game at 9:30 this morning. We got in the locker
room, talked about what we believe in, how we do things, that we aren’t
going to waver from it. And the guys responded," Doug Collins said of Monday night's big win in
Chicago.
It was a heck of a bounce back effort from the team that was
beaten on Sunday by the lowly Kings. Collins comment above goes to show
how much his guys buy into what he's selling. You can hear it in the
players' comments too. Brand talking about how Collins told them they
needed to show poise down the stretch against a great team like Chicago,
Hawes talking about how much his coach's and teammates' confidence
means to him, etc. It's great to watch that kind of coaching on the
