The fine was an eye-opening $60 million with no bowl eligibility for four seasons. There will also be a significant reduction in scholarships.

    Artist Michael Pilato painted over a halo above Joe Paterno’s head on a mural at State College over the weekend after details of Paterno’s inaction with Jerry Sandusky became evident in the Freeh Report. The halo was originally added above JoePa’s head after his death in January.
