We've written about Freddie Mitchell's troubles with the law in a big tax fraud scheme in the past, turns out he entered a plea agreement this week which faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.
Although 94 WIP's Howard Eskin says Mitchell could get off with only probation and a fine.
From the AP:
Mitchell pleaded guilty Friday to a single count of conspiracy to file a
false claim. He faces a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and a
maximum fine of $250,000.
No word on whether he'll get to keep his People's Champ belt in the decision.
