It was just three weeks ago when we were enjoying T-shirt
weather for the first time in 2013, but a key Flyers tilt with the Boston
Bruins may have lured a few of us indoors. Well, the sun is finally shining
again on this holiday weekend, and coincidentally it’s Flyers-Bruins once
again, although this one feels a lot less meaningful.

Not much left to say about the Orange & Black at this
point and their 2-6-2 record over the last 10. The playoffs are little more
than a dream, so you’re forgiven if you made other plans.

If you are tuning in today though, but only giving the game
part of your attention, keep an eye on defenseman Oliver Lauridsen, a 6-6
defenseman who will be appearing in his first NHL game for the Flyers.
Lauridsen was called up after the injury to Braydon Coburn, and if he plays
well, the 24 year old could stick for awhile.

What, you think the Flyers want to bring back Andreas Lilja? Panotch has more on the kid here.

Puck drops at 1 p.m. on channel… oh, hell, I can’t find it.
