As expected, Ilya Bryzgalov of the Flyers was the star of the second episode of HBO's 24/7. The ep got a little meta, with the players all keenly aware, as was the rest of the hockey-watching world, of Bryzgalov's brilliance in the first episode. Watch here as Bryz gets ribbed by Jaromir Jagr and company, then waxes poetic on the ladylike beauty of the Siberian Husky in the same episode as he was shown reading Tolstoi's The Road to Calvary…

Bryz on not always wanting to be a goalie, but at least he has more pads than the defenders who sprawl in front of shots. Seriously, if your company needs a guy to answer some phones this summer, consider this an audition/interview tape:
