Chiefs Ink Freddie Mitchell

I think Freddie Mitchell will have a much better career in another town.  Kansas City doesn't have the media frenzy that comes with playing on the biggest team in Philadelphia alongside one of the most egotistical humans ever, Terrell Owens.

Freddie has great hands and could have continued to make small contributions to the Eagles had his big mouth not run him out of town.  Freddie thinks he is a big time player in the NFL.  He can think it all he wants, but Freddie will never live up to his first round draft status.

I am not ashamed to admit it, almost up until the Superbowl, I still liked Freddie Mitchell.  He was entertaining, he wore a frohawk for Christ's sake.  He will forever be remembered as the recipient of 4th and 26 and the most amazing game I have ever witnessed in person.  Good luck Freddie, I'd say try to keep your mouth shut, but be know that will not happen.

ESPN: Mitchell to be practice Monday

Mitchell was at Chiefs mini-camp in street clothes but will begin
practicing Sunday, coach Dick Vermeil said.

"We're very happy to have him here and I think he's happy to be
here," Vermeil said. "He's in a good frame of mind and his
attitude is very good."
