Jan 1, 2012, 12:27 PM EDT

The Eagles are hoping to finish the season on a positive note by riding a four-game winning streak back to .500.

This one doesn’t require much of a write-up. The Eagles are hoping to finish the season on a positive note by riding a four-game winning streak back to .500. The Redskins, thin to begin with at several positions, are missing some key players due to injury or suspension. Neither club will play football again this season.

Under the most optimal scenarios, a win wouldn’t hurt the Birds a great deal as far as draft position is concerned, so we’ll be rooting for them to finish strong. Follow along in the comments if you’re watching.

Update: LeSean McCoy is inactive because of the ankle injury he sustained in Dallas last week. With the rushing title out of reach for all intents and purposes, there was no reason to risk his health.
