Nick Foles was chosen second-to-last in the Pro Bowl ‘draft'

Thank goodness for Alex Smith!

According to ESPN's Phil Sheridan, the draft style format that is new to this year's Pro Bowl did not go so well. Safe to say he was not a fan of the novelty act.

Shady McCoy was drafted with the fourth pick overall today but DeSean Jackson and Nick Foles didn't fare as well.

Sheridan writes:

By the time Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was taken by Deion Sanders’ team in the 39th round, the whole exercise was excruciating. Quarterback Nick Foles, who also went to Team Sanders, avoided being the final player taken by one slot. That distinction went to Kansas City quarterback Alex Smith.

But at least there will be multiple Eagles going up against each other so we can root for... wait, what? This is going to be so weird and maybe awful.
