TMZ: LeSean McCoy Being Sued for Alleged Party Bus Assault

May 14, 2013, 2:06 PM EDT

source: LeSean McCoy has been yucking it up at the NovaCare Complex a lot lately, challenging Michael Vick to races, acting like he didn’t know Matt Barkley’s first name. Some of his hijinks allegedly are not so benign.

According to a report from TMZ (via CBS Philly), a woman has filed a lawsuit against Shady claiming the All-Pro running back humiliated and possibly assaulted her on a party bus in December, 2012.

Her story is McCoy invited 15 women on the bus to New York when she says the following occurred:

During the trip, the lawsuit alleges, McCoy, along with his bodyguard and a couple of other guys, began to spray some of the women with water.

Roe claims she protested the water spraying … so McCoy ordered his bodyguard Big John to “get her.”

In the suit, filed May 10 in Philadelphia, the woman claims McCoy and/or Big John proceeded to hit her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground.

While she was on the floor, the men allegedly physically restrained her and poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes and body.

And if things couldn’t get worse … the woman claims McCoy and Big John then forcibly ejected her from the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.

Apparently some of the other women on the bus complained, so they picked the woman back up, then dropped her off again at a rest stop.

This is not the first time McCoy has been cast negatively in the media. In January the 24-year-old back had a public dispute on Twitter with a woman who is the mother of his son, one month after the supposed incident.

Until these stories emerged however, the most negative thing he had been involved with was a rather tame Twitter feud then-Giants defensive end with Osi Umenyiora.

Why has this otherwise talented young football player suddenly come down with a case of knuckleheaditis? On a “Party Bus”? WTF is a “Party Bus?” Who is this guy’s handler? Eagles better have an intervention with Shady quick.

McCoy hasn’t “suddenly” come down with a case of “knuckleheaditis,” it’s been there the entire time. Despite his (somewhat overrated) talent, he’s been a bad seed since his days in high-school.

I think any normal person has done some stuff in HS they might regret. I have no idea what constitutes “bad seed.” But, my point was that, like the article stated, “until recently” Shady’s been a good boy, and played very well – I wouldn’t call him overrated, since no one has annointed him the second coming of Walter Payton or anything. He is rated about what he is – a very talented RB. Not the best ever, but better than most in the NFL at present. He may have plateaued, who knows? Maybe he gets better, maybe he takes a few steps back.

Bottom Line – he needs a sit down with a big brother type to let him know he seems to be headed somewhere he shouldn’t and, if he wants to see how far his star can rise, he better knock it the hell off pronto.

Well, that’s in the eye of the beholder, I guess…

didn’t shady stiff a bunch of fans who paid good money for a meet and greet and shady blew them off? He said he had other things he had to take care of, nevermind the fans who paid a couple hundred dollars to hang out with him.. that seems to have gotten lost in the mix
