Dan Carcillo gives Flyers fans the metaphorical finger in 4-1 Rangers win

One upset Flyers fan gave Dan Carcillo the middle finger and Carbombs didn't have to say a word.

That's the kind of night it was in South Philadelphia on Tuesday as the Flyers fell behind early and never really found a way to battle back. The Rangers looked like they'd been studying up on Dikembe Mutombo Geico commercials.

Philly's best chance to get back into it came with about ten minutes left in the third when the orange and black found themselves on a power play when Dan Carcillo got called for hooking at 11:24. It was a rather rinky-dink call and Carbombs was clearly upset at the zebras, rightly so.

His anger quickly turned to absolute elation as he found himself breaking towards Ray Emery upon exiting the penalty box with an outlet pass from Brian Boyle that Carcillo simply redirected pass the Flyers netminder.

The post-goal interaction between Carcillo and aforementioned Flyers fan said it all. Sadly.

4-1 Rangers and Emery got pulled for Steve Mason who was apparently healthy enough to play but not start.

The Flyers trail in the series 2-1.
