Steve Mason was not at the Flyers practice facility this morning over in New Jersey and the assumption quickly became that Ray Emery would start in net against the Rangers when their series begins tomorrow up in New York. CSNPhilly.com Flyers' writer Sarah Baicker has said that Mason is indeed OUT for the game after suffering an injury on Saturday night to finish off his regular season.

“He’s out,” was all Berube would say, referring to Mason.
Mason, who was injured Saturday against the Pittsburgh Penguins, didn’t play in Sunday’s regular-season finale.
