At least that's the word from the Daily News' Frank Seravalli,
roughly eight hours from puck drop for the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Chris
Pronger has been skating, and even participated in some practice drills,
but that right hand still isn't ready to go.
It's hard to get a read on when he could return to action. Pronger
told reporters he is "very" confident about participating in this
series. However, he has yet to resume shooting or stickhandling. That
could certainly change in a matter of days, but it doesn't sound very
optimistic.
The beats are saying Nikolay Zherdev is likely scratched as well.
