Scott Hartnell and Ian Laperriere Cameo in Judd Apatow's ‘This Is 40'

Scott Hartnell is no stranger to the cameras. He played a prominent role in HBO's remarkable series 24/7 detailing the road to the Winter Classic last December and is well known for his comedic humor in his infamous "Hartnell Down" episodes.

So it's no surprise he'll be making a cameo on the big screen in Judd Apatow's next movie, "This Is 40." Hartsy will be joined by former teammate Ian Laperriere, who actually is quite visible for a second in the below trailer. Lappy has shown on DNL that he can charm a camera as well.

Former Flyers Matt Carle and JVR were also around for filming, but no word if they actually appear in the film.

"I will award myself the title of worst dancer," said Lapperriere.  "JVR
and Hartsy had some moves. Matty Carle is a little more my type; a
stiffer dancer just like me. But we were all sportsmen and had a lot of
fun."

Both the screen grab and the video come via the Flyers official website.
