Report: Temple Guard Khalif Wyatt Arrested in Atlantic City

Share

It's been a rough week for the Temple athletic program. Less than a week after freshman linebacker Praise Martin-Oguike was brought up on charges of the rape of a woman on campus, Owl basketball guard Khalif Wyatt has reportedly been arrested in Atlantic City.
CSNPhilly's John Gonzalez writes that Wyatt was one of 28 individuals arrested in connection with a prostitution bust and "allegedly solicited an undercover officer posing as a prostitute and was apprehended after attempting to flee the scene."

The report indicates he was taken into custody early Sunday morning, the day of his 21st birthday.
Wyatt is slated to be a senior at Temple next year; he finished second on the team in scoring as a junior with 17.1 points per game.
Speculate about his future with the program as you will.
