Cole Hamels' Postgame Remarks After 7th Loss

"Nope."

That was it. The $144-million-dollar man is frustrated for sure. And he chose not to speak with reporters following the loss. The pressure and the losing is getting to him.

It's hard to really get upset with Cole after that one though. Hamels was pretty good, striking out 10 Marlins while allowing 2 earned runs on 7 hits with no walks over 6 IP. He was pulled early because Charlie Manuel needed to try and squeeze something out of his anemic offense.

Jim Salisbury has more from Miami.

Rich Dubee seems to think Cole is finding his groove ("Again, I think today was a big breakthrough,” Dubee said. “I think you saw electric stuff".) while Charlie is a bit worried with Cole's frame of mind after getting no support ("Yeah, I’m worried about that").

The bullpen and the bats are what we should all really be worried about though.
