If you read the article over at AOL Sports titled Iverson Sounds Glum Talking About Sixers Season from the end to the beginning, you might think Iverson has a great attitude.  The final line reads:

"I want to win a championship more than anybody in this league, but I want
to win a championship in Philadelphia," Iverson said.

Sounds good to me.  But if you read the rest of the article, it points out that Iverson is a realist.  The reality is … The Sixers stink.

"It’s the same song and dance every year," Iverson said glumly. "I come
into this press conference and say the same thing. I’ll do anything it will
take to win, and I’ll play as hard as I can play and I give it everything that
I have. I think every year that I’ve done that."

"It’s taken longer than people would have thought," Iverson said. "The
only thing I can do is keep going and see what happens."

The Answer has a point.  He could put on a fake positive attitude and act like the Sixers are a contender, but clearly they are not.

A.I. is a baller.  He leaves it all out on the court.  He may never be a champion, which is kind of fitting due to the fact that he may play his entire career in Philadelphia.
