While the award winning duo of Ryan Howard and Jimmy Rollins performed admirably in their big screen debut last night, Mets ace Johan Santana stole the show at the dish with an RBI double helping his own cause. Ryan, Raul, Jimmy, and Chase all took Johan deep on Tuesday night but the Mets bats bailed him out by getting to starter J.A. Happ and later Clay Condrey and Chad Durbin.

If you told Production Manager Charlie Manuel before the game that the Phillies bats would bash four homers off Santana on the night, I think he'd take it.

The Mets won by a final of 6-5. It seemed like the first time Matt Stairs failed to deliver in an emergency in quite a while when he grounded out in the 9th.

The loss was the latest entertaining game between the hated rivals but Jimmy Rollins said it best, "It was a good game. The only bad thing was we lost."

Let's hope they go all Godfather Part II on Wednesday night.
