Bottom of the 10th, Down 1, Man On, 2 Outs, Full Count, Pat Burrell Takes Em Deep

WOOOO!@O#!@#!@#!!@# YES! More thoughts shortly. UPDATED:

Things were looking bleak for the Phillies as they were down to their last out in the bottom of the 10th. After Chase Utley got on and Ryan Howard got ejected for arguing balls and strikes. The Machine came to the plate as our last hope.

The Giants reliever Brian Wilson was bringing the fastballs that Billy Wagner know's Burrell loves to blast deep into the South Philly Night. Burrell took him to a full count and then hit a no doubter into the seats and all was right in the world.

Here's to hoping Pat is living it up right now in Olde City. The Bat deserves to celebrate that one.

Aaron Rowand was welcomed back to CBP with a gracious ovation in the second when he came to bat. Then later in the game he was booed to hell when he hit a go-ahead home run in the top of the 10th.

We're happy Rowand got his moment and also happy that in only lasted for about 15 minutes.

Heck of an ending. Wow. That's why you watch.
