After watching Saturday night's devastating loss to the Cowboys, we actually thought Sir Charles hosting SNL could bring a few smiles to our faces. Unfortunately, much like the Birds, the Chuckster never really showed up. The problem seemed to be that Barkley is best off the cuff and when you put him in a skit with cue cards, well, it just doesn't seem to work. I'd say the golf skit was his best bit and even that was pretty bad. Andy Samberg's Nicolas Cage was pretty money though. [Barkley videos below]
