Cliff Lee in the night time as Phils kick off four in LA where the ace has been great

The Phils look to build off the momentum of Sunday's win after a couple of disappointing losses in the Rockies and finally have a rotation in place that can get Phillies fans a bit excited to tune in for some late night baseball action from the West Coast.

There are four 10:10 pm EST starts in a row starting this evening. A little late afternoon coffee may be in order if you want to catch some of the sultry sounds of Vin Scully on your MLB subscriptions.

Cole Hamels is set to return to the mound on Wednesday night and will make his 2014 debut. Add him into the Cliff Lee and A.J. Burnett mix and all of a sudden you've got a pretty solid top three.

Lee's been fantastic in the month of April after that putrid opening day start.

Lee is on the hill the evening and has fared well in L.A. over the years and against the Dodgers regardless of locale. From the game notes:

In four career starts at Dodger Stadium, left-hander Cliff Lee is 1-0 with a 1.48 ERA (5 ER, 30.1 IP) and .154 AVG against (16-104) ... Overall, he is 2-2, 1.70 ERA (10 ER, 53.0 IP) in seven career starts vs LAD ... He has posted a 0.83 WHIP (34 H, 10 BB, 53.0 IP) in his career against the Dodgers, which is the best of any pitcher in ML history vs LAD (min. 53.0 IP) ... He has gone 7.0 or more innings and allowed three earned runs or less in all seven of his career starts against the Dodgers ... Additionally, he has recorded 10 or more strikeouts in four of his seven starts vs Los Angeles.

Tony Gwynn Jr. is once again at the top of the order and playing center in place of Ben Revere for Ryne Sandberg's club and Freddy Galvis will man the hot corner this evening.

The full lineup:

1) Tony Gwynn, Jr., CF
2) Jimmy Rollins, SS
3) Chase Utley, 2B
4) Carlos Ruiz, C
5) Ryan Howard, 1B
6) John Mayberry, RF
