Donovan stopped off in the Phoenix suburbs in 2001 to visit teammate Charles Johnson after returning from the Pro Bowl in Hawaii. McNabb liked the heat so much he decided to make Arizona home. The Inquirer details everything you could possibly want to know about the posh suburb McNabb lives in and what his typical day is like when he's there in the off season.
"Well, waking up about 7 in the morning, getting an excellent breakfast
- because you have to start the day off with a great breakfast," he
said. "Be at the training facility by 8, start doing core [exercises],
running, doing agilities, lifting, getting a great lunch - because you
have to have a great lunch - resting, maybe going back to the gym to do
some extra work, getting an excellent dinner and relaxing, and starting
the whole thing over the next day."
