You know, this Eagles season has had it's ups and downs. With no chances of a post season appearance, it will all be over in a few short weeks. Perhaps the most disappointing result of the shortened season is no more football food porn. Maybe I just need to learn to cook.

Today, for the Eagles/Cowboys match up, I did a little Texas-style
Chiptole BBQ baby back ribs.On the side, baked sweet potato chips and
baked polente with a cilatro drizzle. In the glass, I went Christmasy
with Sierra Nevada Celeration Ale.
