Our man Kulp will be along later to further dissect the carcass of the Eagles season. I watched every snap of the loss, missing most of the Flyers' win over the Lightning, which included two goals by Blair Betts, Simon Gagne's 500th point, and Scott Hartnell fulfilling our request to get his ass off the schneid. All I saw of the live action was the first period, so I won't BS you with a half-assed recap.
