Ryan Howard didn't advance to the finals of last night's home run derby in St. Louis but he put in a respectable effort ending the night with 15 long balls. Aside from getting to watch the Phils slugger, the derby was a three hour Joe Morgan and Chris Berman induced headache. Prince Fielder was clearly the man with the most muscle on the evening sending a handful of blasts in the 500 foot range. [video of Howard's dingers below]
