That's not completely true. I'm actually really excited to watch the Super Bowl this year. The last game I really got into was the Eagles loss in New Orleans and Lord knows I was a mess watching that one. This match up tonight is all fun with Bear v. Colt. Plus, Billy Joel, Prince, and commercials.
We're going to be following along with a number of live blogs. Deadspin, The Fanhouse, and Will Leitch over at CBS. Maybe a few others. I may also write whimsily, which I'm pretty sure isn't a word, about the game for the Fanhouse, like why ESPN had bowling on today. And don't forget: Blogs make the Super Bowl awesome!
-Billy Joel sings the anthem. FLY BY! That dude once had children with Christie Brinkly.

-CBS got Deadspin's Will Leitch to blog for them today: "Look, it's Billy Joel. They brought him out a piano, which is good,
because it allows him to sit down. Honestly, he looks old enough to
start doing comedic commentary at the end of "60 Minutes" right now."
-Got sidetracked by some of Kathy's meatballs and rigatoni. Devin Hester, eh? No good commercials yet, but the Blockbuster mouse click made me chuckle.
-I think it's safe to say it's slippery in Miami.
-Football has taken a back seat to me writing about clowns.
News
-AOL already has some of the commercials up.
-All Prince needs is a guitar. Awesome. PURPLE RAIN PURPLE RAIN, I only wanted to see you underneath the purple rain.
SECOND HALF
-Breaking weather update: It's raining in Miami.
-5 point game with 13 minutes to play and I still can't decide who I want to win. If anything, I think I'm pulling for Philly's own Marvin Harrison -- Roman Catholic grad.
-This game is pretty disappointing. The commercials aren't even that great. YouTube has some voting on the ads thing going on.
-Congrats to Marvin, Peyton, and Tony. The only way this game could have been more exciting is if you happened to be a Colts fan.
