Knuble KO'd for Series, Possibly Longer

Yesterday's tough loss in DC got worse for the Flyers after the game, when they learned that Mike Knuble would be out for the rest of the series after tweaking his left hamstring. Knuble's skate got caught when he maneuvered to guard the point, and he fell awkwardly to the ice. Ed Moran says the injury is similar to the one Mike Richards suffered during the season, which kept him out for 2 weeks, only worse.

Knuble scored the game-winner in game 4's second overtime by doing what he does best, being the immovable object in front of the net. Someone will need to pick up where he left off. As to who will take Knoob's  spot in the lineup, Moran suggests it will probably be Riley Cote, but I'm hoping for Steve Downie, who hasn't played in a while, but can do everything Cote can, and then some.
