By which I mean he had surgery again, this time to clean out some scar tissue at his previous surgery site. LJ will be out of the lineup this week, with Matt Schoebel and Brent Celek splitting time. Brian Dawkins missed the Friday practice, but the Eagles are hopeful he'll play this week. They'll need him against the Martz offense, which often uses four wide receivers and two quarterbacks at once.
Bwest practiced fully and is expected to play. Lito Sheppard is not. Likely to be a shootout at the Linc this Sunday. See you there.
