The Curt Schilling watch continues.
According to a source close to the situation, Schilling was contacted
by three teams shortly after filing for free agency: the Astros,
Diamondbacks and Phillies.

When asked Sunday evening on Comcast SportsNet whether he had been contacted by the Phillies, a coy Schilling said, “Maybe.”
But of course "source indicates that Schilling would prefer to remain in Boston." I mean, who wouldn't want to play for the defending World Series Champs with a payroll like that and a commitment to winning? If Boston wants Schilling, he's theirs. On the bright side, at least it looks as if the Phils are being proactive.
