I've been neglecting the Fightins a bit in the off season, so I thought I'd point you to my favorite Phillies sites and what they are talking about:
Beerleaguer is reporting that the White Sox are in hot pursuit of Jim Thome. Jason thinks that Thome will be easier to move than originally thought. This is good news for Phils fans. Thome is apparently in great shape (read link).
Balls, Sticks, & Stuff has a nice synopsis on the bidding war going on for Billy Wagner between the Phils and Mets. Perhaps Gillick is bluffing at getting Wagner back to make the Mets bite and offer a 4 year mammoth contract?
