Sixers Actually Found a Way to Win a Close One in Final Minutes

Pretty nice shot from the Sixers flickr feed of what looks like Andre Iguodala's big three-pointer in overtime to put the Sixers up for good.

Even though they pulled out the W, the Sixers certainly had their share of blunders. Andre Iguodala failed to hit a gaggle of free throws down the stretch, including a freebie with only seconds left that could have won the game in regulation. Elton Brand, who had a solid 26 and 9, missed a pair of jumpers in the final minute of regulation that also could have won it. While Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 30 points, he also tried to do too much on his own down the stretch and the Sixers defense shut him down. There was a series of plays when Elton and Sammy blocked multiple shot attempts in OT that made you wonder why this team couldn't do that all the time. It was impressive.

In the end, the Sixers found a way to pull a close game out, which is good, I suppose. I just kind of thought this photo was pretty -- proof that Andre is capable of hitting shots in key situations.
