The recently released Takeo Spikes was a guest of Jody Mac today, and he says he has no hard feelings toward the Birds' front office. Spikes wanted to stay in Philly, but when it seemed as if the Eagles might favor playing their young LBs more this season, he said he'd rather be released now than to wait for the inevitable.
