The Eagles decided to let Jeff Garcia walk away via free agency and give A.J. Feeley the job of backup to Donovan McNabb. The boo birds are loud already. Over at the Eagles official message board there is a thread titled "So were stuck with Mcnabb and Feeley?, Well this sucks."
The thread starts out with a post by a user who calls himself Draftexpert2007 ranting about his thoughts on the latest developments.
So now were stuck with 2 quarterbacks who are not capable of winning
the big one. I know feeley has not proven much but if he really was
special he would of had succeded in miami but he didnt. Mcnabb well
lets just say he had 8 years to do something special like win a
superbowl and yet year in and year out its either an injury or he
throws a killer interception and throws the game away. I mean how many
more times do you people want to see this?I just hate this
move done by the front office. This years qb draft was deep. It is a
strong draft QB wise and yet the eagles seem like there happy with
feeley and mcnabb. Its really pathetic because it looks like they are
not even atempting to win a superbowl. They seem more interested in
just keeping mcnabb because you fans support him too much for
accmplishing so little. Any other qb with atleast average talent would
succeed in this offense here in philly.Also garcia was totally
disrespected. He brought the team back from the dead and they wont even
sign him back. Its really pathetic. Personally i think the eagles
should of signed jeff garcia to a 1 year deal and drafted a qb and
traded mcnabb for some more draft picks but nooo i guess they dont
think of the future.
Lets just say mcnabb value will only keep going down from now on.

From there the thread spirals into the mess that a typical message board thread so often does: people mocking each other, a picture of dog shit, multiple pictures of Rod Stewart, and somehow leads to random pictures of deformed cats.
I'm sorry if you read that. Hopefully you just skipped right over it. Some fans, I'll tell ya.
