This may be the best Donovan McNabb interview ever (Okay, maybe second best). Donovan McNabb no longer eats Chunky Soup. Can we hire this kid to report for The700Level?
Placido Polanco was at the Majestic Clubhouse this afternoon signing autographs for fans. He also chatted on WIP with Glen Macnow and Ray Didinger. Polanco says the move to third base will be no big deal. He's played the hot corner plenty in the past and may just need a little extra long toss to get the arm adjusted. Describing playing at third base, Polanco says you field ground balls and you throw the ball. So simple even a caveman can do it.
Temple handled LaSalle fairly easily this afternoon. [ESPN]
Former Eagle great Tom Brookshier has passed away. Ray Didinger called Brooky the greatest open field tackler in Eagles history. The 2010 squad could certainly use a guy like that. RIP, Tommy. [CSN]
