Over the course of this whole Tiger Woods fiasco, I believe we've learned two things.
1.) Tiger Woods had sex with lots of women and likely has some sort of sex addiction issue
2.) Tiger Woods is a really bad husband.

I've stopped caring about the porn stars who claim to have slept with him. I've stopped reading the stories that may or may not be true. They won't teach us anything more than the two facts stated above. This whole thing has turned into a media battle over image and perception.
Like many people discussing on Twitter, I found Tiger Woods apology this morning to be somewhat humorous. I don't doubt the guy is sorry. You'd have to be some kind of evil villain not to be. But the degree to which the whole thing seemed staged makes the common folk like myself chuckle. I mean, hugging the whole first row after he read his statement? That put me over the edge.
That said, Tiger Woods is probably the best golfer most of us will ever see play the sport. For his sake, his family's sake, and the sake of golf fans, I hope he really does turn his life around. But that doesn't make parts of today any less humorous.
