On October 28th, 1990, three years and three days after Keith Byars' touchdown to rub it in the Cowboys faces at the Vet, and with a whole lot of bad blood in between, America's Team was set to face the Birds at home. Reports surfaced that the previous night, Eagles coach Buddy Ryan had nearly choked to death on a porkchop when out to dinner with offensive coordinator Ted Plumb, however, Plumb intervened and saved Ryan's life. As NFC East football fans are wont to do, the Cowboys decided to use knowledge of this information against Bud, and at the the game, the Eagles bench was showered with pork chops and various other like-minded meat products. The game was dubbed, appropriately enough, "The Porkchop Bowl."
Oh yeah, and they actually played a football game, too. The Cowboys had their big three of Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin and Troy Aikman in place, but they weren't quite yet at dynasty level in 1990, coming into the game at 3-4. Meanwhile, the Eagles had started slow (just 2-4 in their first six), but were about to start rounding into form. Randall Cunningham had a typical Randall Cunningham game, throwing for 183 yards and running for another 53, with two touchdown passes, including one to Calvin Williams in the fourth quarter, which with Roger Ruzek's extra point, put the Eagles up on the Cowboys to stay.
The Eagles ended the season at 10-6, while the Cowboys missed the playoffs with their 7-9 record. The two teams played plenty of more games after that, but unfortunately, none of them appeared to have been dubbed as "The _____ Bowl"--at least not as recognized by Wikipedia.
