Ugueth Urbina Sentenced to 14 Years in Prison

Former Phillies pitcher Ugueth Urbina was sentenced to 14 years in a Venezuelan prison for attempted murder, stemming from an incident on his family's ranch in 2005.

Urbina, 31, was accused of joining a group of men in attacking and
injuring workers with machetes and pouring gasoline on them at his
family's ranch, located about 25 miles south of Caracas.

That'll teach those workers to swim in Uggie's pool when he's on vacation. Urbina denies involvement, and it sounds like his legal team will appeal the decision.
