Sunday's New York Post has a fun little question baseball fans from New York and Philadelphia could kick around for years to come.
Whom would you rather have?
Jose Reyes and David Wright, or
Ryan Howard and Chase Utley? Would you rather have the left side of the
Mets infield or the right side of the Phillies infield? Soon enough,
we'll have answers to all of this. Over the next 10 years or so, one of
these duos will emerge as the dominant force in the NL East. Which one
will it be?
The Post writer opts for Jose Reyes as the number one guy over the reigning NL MVP with Utley and Wright filling out the list. He takes into account the fact that Reyes is still 23 years old. I don't know though, Ryan Howard won the MVP in his first full season. That's tough to pass up.
