Video: Jimmy Rollins Talks Music, Entrepreneurship at Temple University

While a number of Phillies such as Roy Halladay, Ryan Howard, and Dom Brown may be down in Clearwater a little early getting some work in -- and let's be honest, avoiding the Philly weather -- Jimmy Rollins was still in town last week to receive a number of awards from Temple University for his work in the music industry. After aninteractive discussion with students about Jimmy RollinsEntertainment Group,which represents artists and publishes songs,Rollins received two platinumplaques for co-publishing Justin Bieberand Sean Kingston’s “Eenie Meenie” fromBieber’s hit album My World2.0.

He alsoreceived an entrepreneurship award fromFox School Legal Studies Chair SamuelD. Hodge Jr., whose departmentorganized the event at Alter Hall.

Jimmy also said that "99.9 percent of the awards I’ve ever received arebecause of baseball achievement or on the field," which means he never won anything for having such sweet dance moves.
