The Sixers have agreed in principle to a contract extension for head coach Mo Cheeks. This is in addition to the extension he signed back in February. In my opinion, this will finally be the true test to see whether Mo is a great NBA coach or not. He finally has a legitimate core group of guys in addition to some young potential superstars that he can teach and work with and call his own. What he does from this point forward will write his legacy as coach of the Sixers.
