Sort of like the Dock Ellis-LSD-No-Hitter video but with less drugs and more animals. PBS Digital Studios, as part of its Blank on Blank series, has set a 1992 interview with Wilt Chamberlain to animation. Beyond the images — which are worth watching at least once without much consideration as to the content of the…

It’s been well over a year since we first heard about Jimmy Rollins making a guest appearance on FOX’s Family Guy-like comedy “The Cleveland Show.” Apparently they outsource cartoon drawings overseas and the turnaround is about as fast as Ryan Howard on the base paths. Now, thanks to the Daily News, we’ve been alerted that…
A Cartoon In Which Andrew Bynum Gets Kidnapped By Charles Barkley, Allen Iverson, and Ilya Bryzgalov. Okay Sure.

This was only the first episode but the Funny or Die site promises more episodes to come. They don’t talk too much sports in the first episode…

As if his legend could grow any more… The Phanatic was featured on the Simpsons Sunday night. Even cartoon nuns agree he's the greatest mascot ever. Video clip after the jump, or you can watch the full episode here. H/t Brian Hickey. Updated HD pic props to Meech. Updated video from Hulu via Kevin McGuire.

The Birds have taken some heat for a few major personnel decisions this year, some convoluted back taxes situation, their continued insistence on doing everything their own way, and at times perhaps even trying to control their media by issuing news through their Web site. But in the Court of Things That Actually Matter to…

Aside from the Cleveland Show being force fed down our eyeballs during the rain delay in the World Series, I've yet to watch the cartoon. Reader John D. sends along this clip from Sunday's episode begging the question, who do you turn to for style tips: Irvin or McNabb? [video below] Any fans of the…
