A woman has filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified damages from Sixers guard Nick Young as well as a West Hollywood bar for an incident that took place in the summer of 2011 in Los Angeles.
The suit alleges that the woman accepted a glass of champagne from Young at a bar and after drinking it, does not remember what happened next and eventually woke up naked at Young's apartment.

When the plaintiff woke up the next morning and asked Young why the two of them were naked in his apartment, he reportedly replied that the two began having sex the previous night, but that they had stopped when she passed out, according to the suit. Court papers also suggest that Young complied when the woman demanded that he take her home.
Ensuing tests later confirmed that the woman had been given GHB, according to the suit, which also says that she underwent exams at the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, which revealed anal and rectal bleeding.
This is the latest in bad news regarding a Philadelphia athlete. Earlier in the day we learned of Eagles RB Shady McCoy being hit with a suit for allegedly assaulting a woman and leaving her on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.
Young was not a member of the 76ers in 2011.
