Roy Halladay may have pitched his final game ever as a Phillies pitcher in South Philadelphia last night. He had more "Jamie Moyer stuff" than the face breaker we'd come to know over the years, but he walked off the mound in the sixth inning with the lead and went on to earn the win.

Whether Halladay gets a chance to return to Philly to pitch again for the Phillies is left up to management, but Doc said he didn't even have that on his mind yesterday.

“Honestly, I did not think about that,” he said. “It’s not out of lack of respect for the fans or anything like that. I just didn’t think about it. I don’t let myself look that far ahead.”

CSN's Jim Salisbury has more on what could turn out to be Halladay's final start for the Phils in front of the loyal hometown crowd that has come to truly appreciate one of the game's all-time greats. Sadly, his fastball didn't even touch 90 last night.

Chase Utley helped the Phils to the win with a beastly blast that ricocheted off the second deck in right. That guy's still pretty damn impressive.
